Workshop / On-site
Disassembly, inspection and rebuild of steam turbines, compressors and gearboxes to fine tolerances. Measuring, clearance and runout work, blade and seal fits.
Profile
Mechanical or electromechanical background, hands-on, precise. Reads drawings and measures accurately.
Workshop / Stekene
Keep the workshop running and prepare the work for our mechanics: blasting and painting, chemical and ultrasonic cleaning, packing for transport, cutting gasket and packing material to size, photo documentation for inspection reports, crane and forklift handling. Grows towards supporting mechanical work, dimensional checks, babbitt casting and NDT (MT, PT, VT).
Profile
Technical interest and a will to learn. No diploma or turbomachinery experience required. Careful, safety-minded, team player. Fluent Dutch, driving licence B. Forklift or crane certificate, or willing to obtain it (paid by Energetic).
International field service
On-site installation, inspection, troubleshooting and shutdown support on turbines and compressors across Europe. Alignment, balancing support and vibration checks.
Profile
Industrial maintenance experience, willing to travel, self-reliant. Driving licence; working English, German or French is a plus.
Workshop
CNC turning and milling of repair parts and reverse-engineered spares to drawing and tight tolerances. Setup, tooling and first-off inspection alongside engineering.
Profile
CNC turning or milling experience, precision mindset, fluent in technical drawings and GD&T. CAM or ISO programming a plus.
Engineering / Project management
Own turbomachinery projects end to end: workscope, quotation, workshop and field execution, budget, schedule and final report. Technical point of contact for the customer.

Engineering degree or equivalent, affinity with rotating equipment, strong organiser.
Engineering / Workshop
Turn blue light and laser scan data into 3D models and production drawings. Scan processing in ZEISS Inspect, 3D modelling with tolerances, fits and GD&T, and full PMI on every model so the workshop and QC can work straight from the 3D model.
Profile
Bachelor or master in (electro)mechanics or industrial design, or equivalent drafting experience in machine building. Good 3D CAD skills; Siemens NX is a plus. Starters welcome, internal training provided.
It depends on the role. We hire mechanics, electromechanics, field technicians and CNC machinists. The common requirement is precision, ownership and curiosity about how rotating equipment works.
Yes. Field service roles travel across Europe for shutdowns, breakdowns, inspections and commissioning.
Workshop and machinist roles regularly work on reverse-engineered spares, from 3D-scan-derived drawings through to finished parts.
