During overhauls, the steam control valves and emergency steam valve or stop valve are also inspected. Not only because of possible leaks of steam or oil side, but also to ensure the proper functioning of the valves.

The valves are taken to the Energetic workshop after they are disassembled on site by our field crew to inspect them during further disassembly.

Both the steam side and the hydraulic actuator and converters are inspected.

Damage, wear and tear or possible calamities are reported. If necessary, a repair proposal is made. This proposal can consist of repairs or replacement of parts.

After the valves have been reassembled, they are tested on the hydraulic test bench.

After the valves have been tested, they will be transported and assembled on site by our field crew.

A final adjustment is done during the preparation of the start-up.
